Beaverton Christians School serves families in Beaverton and surrounding areas. The school is a non-profit, private school that operates as a separate entity from the Beaverton School District and receives its funding through tuition and donations.
The School has an open enrollment policy, and admission is not selective. However, the school reserves the right to refuse any student whose learning or behavioral needs cannot be met with accommodations. Additionally, the School may refuse to admit any student who exhibits behavior that disrupts classroom teaching and learning.
In order to be admitted, all students must agree with the School’s Statement of Faith and agree to abide by the Code of Conduct. Additionally, the School requires all students to attend church on a regular basis. This is because the Church is meant to be a central community for Christians and a source of encouragement and support.
Students at the School are expected to demonstrate academic excellence in all subjects. They are encouraged to explore their talents and interests, and to develop a love for learning that will last a lifetime. In addition, they are expected to develop as Christ-followers and to engage in the Great Commission. This means that they must live a life of obedience and service.
